Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel an appointment I would appreciate at least 24 hours notice. I will do my best to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time. If notice is given on the day, or not at all I reserve the right to charge the full amount of the consultation for that day. If I need to cancel I will give as much notice as possible.
Refunds: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel either a consultation, package or course no refunds of previously made payments will be offered. A refund for the unused portion will be given on a pro-rata basis. If you cancel an unused part of your package, I reserve the right to charge the remaining fee.
Expiry of packages: Any purchases of consultations or courses will expire 6 months after purchase date.
Use of Likeness: You agree and accept that Canine Senses is authorized to record, photograph, or otherwise capture your and your dog's likeness and images made in connection with your participation in consultations or courses. This will be for Canine Senses own use. You also assign to Canine Senses all rights, title and interest to have and to use, royalty free, any such likeness for advertising, marketing, documentary, informational training or any other lawful purpose.
Complaints Procedure: Complaints are an opportunity for improvement, which I embrace. I take the time to understand the customers unique perspective, encourage open lines of communication to resolve issues if they arise and ensure that the solution leaves you feeling listened to, valued and appreciated. In the very rare case of not being able to resolve a problem, clients are encouraged to contact the Financial Ombudsman and I will provide detailed documentation to support.
Inappropriate Behaviour: Canine Senses reserves the right to cancel any outstanding sessions should inappropriate behaviour such as, but not limited to, foul language or abusive behaviour take place.
