Every dog has their own story.
Some are confident and resilient, while others need a little extra support to navigate life's challenges.
Some struggle physically, others emotionally, and many experience a combination of both.
Age, health, past experiences, genetics, environment and personality all play a part in shaping your dog's wellbeing.
Rather than treating every dog the same, I believe each one deserves an approach that's as individual as they are.

True wellbeing is about much more than addressing a single issue.
Your dog's physical health, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, diet, lifestyle and environment are all connected. When one area is out of balance, it can influence others. By taking a holistic view, we can begin to understand the bigger picture and uncover the factors that may be affecting your dog's wellbeing. This allows us to provide thoughtful, personalised support that works with your dog rather than simply managing individual symptoms.

Every wellbeing programme begins with listening.
We'll explore your dog's history, current concerns, daily routine and the goals you'd like to achieve. Using this information, I'll carefully design a bespoke wellbeing plan that reflects your dog's individual needs. As your dog grows and changes, so can their programme. Wellbeing isn't a fixed destination—it's an ongoing journey, and I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Your dog's personalised wellbeing programme may include one or more of the approaches I offer, depending on what will best support their individual needs.
This may include:
🌿 Botanical Self-Selection to allow your dog to guide their own wellbeing through carefully selected botanicals.
🌿 Animal Centred Education (ACE) to help you better understand your dog's behaviour, confidence and emotional needs.
🌿 The Emotion Code to support emotional wellbeing for both you and your animal.
🌿 Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
🌿 Environmental adjustments suggestions to support calmness, confidence and overall wellbeing.
🌿 Understanding beyond words - Animal Communication offers the opportunity to explore your dog's perspective with an open mind and compassionate heart. Whether it helps provide reassurance, deeper understanding or another piece of the puzzle, it can become a valuable part of your dog's personalised wellbeing programme.
🌿 Ongoing guidance, education and practical support as your dog's needs evolve.
Every recommendation is carefully considered and tailored specifically to your dog.

My role isn't simply to provide therapies.
It's to help you understand your dog more deeply. Throughout your wellbeing journey, we'll work together to celebrate progress, adapt your plan where needed and build your confidence in supporting your dog.
Small changes often lead to meaningful transformations. With patience, understanding and the right support, your dog may feel happier, more comfortable and better equipped to enjoy life.
Because when we truly understand our dogs, we give them the opportunity to thrive.

“ Tracy has recently worked with me to release trapped emotions using Emotion Code and Emotion Code Heart Wall techniques. The sessions were all conducted remotely and we communicated before and after each session by email.
Tracy took care to explain the process, set me at ease and prepare me when she planned to work with me. The feedback from the sessions was fascinating and took me back to some times that were long forgotten and others much more recent. With each session the feedback described the trapped emotions that were accessed and released whether more work was required to release further trapped emotions.
The feedback also included advice to expect an amount of time after each session to process and be aware of the feelings both physical and emotional that were brought to surface.
At the end of the sessions Tracy was able to declare that there no more trapped emotions to work on and I can honestly say that I felt an unconscious weight had been lifted. I felt an emotional and physical lightness, so much so that I reported back to Tracy I actually felt as if I could stand taller and straighter that I had in some considerable time.
Working with Tracy was a tremendous experience which although emotional at times was really rewarding. I alway felt as if I was in safe hands. Thank you Tracy!”
Can't recommend Tracy highly enough, friendly, explained everything, very helpful between consultations if i needed any advice
This is Inga’s journey with Tracy and Botanicals. Inga is a very sweet natured beautiful 8 year old Clumber Spaniel girl who has one very bad and dangerous habit. She steals food, even things that aren’t edible but she steals them anyway to eat. She has done this frequently since a puppy much to the detriment of my bank account and has had multiple trips to the vet. I tried so very hard to keep a close eye on her but often she was just too fast and by time I got to her mouth the “ treasure” had been swallowed.
For years I lived in a fool’s paradise and on my nerves, trying to anticipate any potential edible in her path and steer her away from it and believe I had the situation under control. To my horror I have found bits of a dead baby bird in her mouth ( probably fallen out of it’s nest), and dog poo that she was happily munching on, to name but two instances. One day she was running happily in front of me when she spotted some food someone had kindly left out for the wildlife, consisting of nuts and raisins. Raisins being potentially very toxic to dogs. Another vet treatment and overnight stay! Luckily all was well. A couple of months later at a weekend she took ill. Lethargic, vomiting and off her food. Emergency vet told me to keep an eye on her. By next morning she was worse and was admitted for rehydration and surgery for a blockage. Turns out she had acute pancreatitis and two foreign bodies causing the blockage and one of her organs didn’t look right so had to get biopsied. She had found and swallowed a large piece of very firm plastic plus stolen a recycling food bag with macaroni cheese ( which would make the pancreas worse). It was touch and go all night but she pulled through and the biopsy was clear. I decided that something for sure had to be done to prevent this happening again. As well as a muzzle I was investigating low fat diet for keeping pancreas from flaring up again, when someone suggested she would be a good candidate for zoopharmamacognosy and gave me Tracy’s number.
My main aim( dream) was for her to be a lot safer around edibles. I spoke to Tracy and decided to try it. I admit to being desperate but at the very least , it wouldn’t hurt. I got the kit through with essential oils( aromatics) for her to sniff and hydrosols to add to water for her to drink and our first Zoom session with Tracy followed.
She assesses what she thinks Inga might benefit from and watches Inga’s reactions to the aromatic which in its open bottle is placed nearby Inga to allow the scent of it to drift towards her. If it’s not what she needs she will make it clear in her body language and same if she does need it. After a few sessions I got to know these signs too. Initially Inga was even trying to steal the bottle. That was always her “ go to” reaction. It was like she NEEDED to steal and swallow things. I always had control of the bottles! I was taking no chances!
Over the months with the sessions the treatments were changed and I began to see a difference in her. She seemed more content somehow and was very clear about what her body needed . Now she can be left alone beside food of others and not immediately grab it. I used to literally not be able to turn my back or it would be gone. I am still very careful around her and food but not neurotic. She can now accept “ No” as an instruction and will usually come away when told. The other day in the park , on the way out of car park in the grass she had spotted bread left for birds and remembered on the way back. She was off lead ( with muzzle on) and suddenly took off running. She had remembered the bread and when I arrived she was just standing amongst it looking triumphant and came running back when I called. It was as if she realised she didn’t NEED to eat any and that she COULD just look or sniff! That would’ve been totally impossible before we started on this journey. Thank you Tracy.
Tracy is absolutely brilliant at teaching us about self selection, botanicals and homeopathy oils. I have learned so much. Well worth joining Tracy.
I had originally wanted to complete a botanical course with Tracy to see if I could support my dog with her potential allergies in the summer months.
However, on completing The Dynamic Duo - Botanical & ACE combined programme I realise that we have achieved so much more. She has much more choice, is very clear in her self selection & I am learning her listen to her. Her itching is none existent when having regular sessions & she is much happier, more playful & loving than before the starting the course. Thanks to Tracy's guidance & knowledge Harper is entering her 8th year as healthy, bouncy, fun loving dog & is now living life to the full.
We have loved working with Tracy and watching our dog flourish under her advice and support. The knowledge and enthusiasm that Tracy has is incredible.
We have sampled a lot of behaviourists, trainers and medications for our dog previously but Tracy has really treated us as an individual case and has provided us with bespoke support which had made huge differences to all of us. Thank you Tracy for your great service! x
